Join Land artist Winston Plowes on King William Street this summer to help make a piece of community land art celebrating the trees of Blackburn town centre. Let’s gather under the shade of the town’s plane trees to make a tribute together to the oaks and sycamores of Sudell Cross, the whitebeams and hornbeams of Tontine Street and the nearby sweet chestnuts, walnuts and dawn redwoods in Cathedral Gardens.

This is a free craft activity stationed under the tree canopy in King William Street, running from 11am until 3pm.
