Come and write a new song telling your story!

Following the rich heritage of the working-class Victorian writers of Blackburn such as William Billington and Robert West Whalley, this workshop is open to anyone who would like to contribute stories, words, melodies and ideas.

You don’t need any experience; Douglas & Moss will help you through the process. Though if you play an instrument and wish to bring it you are very welcome to do so.

Workshop participants will also have the opportunity to perform the new songs during the Douglas and Moss concert which follows the Sunday workshop.
