We generally begin conversations with artists a year before their tour dates with us – for international artists this process is often longer.

We programme two season a year (Spring and Autumn). We are always working 6 months ahead with our programme and need to allow at least 6 weeks from creating and sending out our menu to our venues before they return with their selected shows. This process sometimes takes a little longer and we ask that artists hold the dates they’ve pencilled with us until we come back to them with a firm offer – of course, we understand that sometimes circumstances change so we ask that communication between us and the artist remains open so that we can discuss any potential changes and answer queries straight away.
